PROJECT HISTORY AND ENTITLEMENTS

Completed project entitlements approved include General Plan and Specific Plan Amendments enabling 599 residential units and a new luxury senior residential component. Additional approved entitlements include an approved Master Tract Map 30159; Owners Participation Agreement (OPA); the designation and adoption of a Redevelopment Area for the project by the City of Corona; Development Agreement adoption; a certified Environmental Impact Report (EIR); Pre-zoning and initial General Plan amendment adoption; recorded Annexation into the City of Corona; adopted Specific Plan 99-003: and adoption of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and Pre-Annexation Agreement.

Resource Agency permitting including Section 7 consultation, 401, 404, and 1603 permits are complete.

The creation of a Community Facilities District (CFD) was approved for major infrastructure improvements planned for Temescal Canyon and Weirick Roads.
