At Dos Lagos, a 534-acre development of shops, homes and offices, crews have broken ground on an office development called Lakeshore Plaza.Timberline Commercial Real Estate, with offices in Irvine and Vail, Colo., is developing Lakeshore Plaza with Dos Lagos master developer SE Corp. Timberline plans to build two six-story towers and a four-story building with an 88-car parking garage. The development will add 473,000 square feet of upscale office space within two years. Insurance companies, banks and homebuilders have expressed interest in the project, according to the developers.
