Redmond-based Eddie Bauer, a specialty outdoor retailer, announced Wednesday that the company plans to open a new store at The Promenade Shops at Dos Lagos in Corona, Calif.

The opening comes a month after the company said it would open new stores in Georgia and Pennsylvania.

Eddie Bauer Holdings Inc. said in August that it lost $42 million in the second quarter and a total of $77.6 million for the first six months of this year.

The company previously said that it plans to open 15 retail stories this year.

The California store will open Nov. 2.
